Non-Returnable Items

Return Shipping Charges
Customers are responsible for:

Exchange Process
Once the returned item passes our quality check, the exchange will be processed. Subject to stock availability, the requested size or product will be shipped to you.
Refunds
After the returned product is received and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging.
